We had a great thaksgiving. My mom and Ken came and so did my brother, birgit and mia. Syd loved having Mia around and really loved reading books to her. I think she is going to be a great big sisiter!

Children's Museum

We went to the Children's Museum the other week and we had so much fun. Just another reason I am so thankful to live where we live. there is so much to do with Sydney.Sydney loved the face painting station. She looked so hilarious when she was finished. her face was almost camouflaged. She totally zonked out on the way home.

Sydney the clown!! She loved being a clown for halloween. She wore a clown suit nate and his brother wore when they were kids. Nates mom made it. It fit her so cute!

Chicago

We went to Chicago last week. My Grandma was 98 and decided it was time to go 'Home'. We went back for the services and it was good to see family and be together. My Brother and his family was there too.
Syndey had a ton of fun playing with her cousin Mia.


We went to the Lincoln Park Zoo. We had so much fun looking at all the animals and Chrcking out the Gorilla house that my sister in law designed.

We went to a pumkin patch near Mt hood. It was a lot of fun. We went through a corn maze and Sydney got to pick out her own pumpkin. She still has this crazy smile with her eyes closed. Not quite sure when she will 'out grow' it. She is funny. When you ask her to smile with her eyes open her face just freezes and she doen't even smile. She just opens her eyes really big.

We went to the beach and stayed in a yurt a couple of weekends ago. It was pretty cold in the evening, but we still had a lot of fun playing in the sand

Sydney is learning to make funny faces. This is one of her favorites.







She got her first backpack. Sometimes it pulls her over, but she loves to wear it and looks like such a big kid in it.

Idaho Vacation!

We had a great vacation in Kooskia, Idaho this last week. Spend almost everyday fishing and playing at the beach.
Sydney LOVED the water. She was a little fish. She had no fear. It was so fun to play with her.
Spent some great time with family and Sydney got to know some of her 2nd cousins better.
